Where Were We?
These two friends come from different worlds but have become close through their shared experiences as athletes, fitness competitors, dog lovers, coffee addicts, and women. Ali & Ella share their experiences and talk about the things women think but don't share. From running a business, managing kids, women's health, periods, menopause, relationships and much more. Women want to feel connected & not alone. Come be a fly on the wall and tune in every fortnight while you do your morning walk, drop your kids to school, have lunch at your desk or prepare your dinner. Feel connected, maybe a little inspired and hopefully a little lighter with us in your life. If you'd like to contact them you can find them on Instagram @ellamartyn and @aliroserobinson - If you like what you hear, please screenshot it, share it and tag them so they can thank you.
